Obama won, woo, but Proposition 8 is also winning. You have no idea how much I am disappointed in the world right now, haha. They're also stating that it's winning in Florida and Arizona right now too. Even if Prop 8 winds up losing, I'm still going to be disappointed that it was even close.

1. What's your favourite cake? Ice cream cake's always good ^_^ Imma get cookie dough ice cream cake for mine bday cause coldstones gives it out for free :D

Otakon was lovely. It was great seeing my Otakon buddies again ^_^ I've missed them so much, and I miss them already. Thursday was the day for unpacking and dinning. We did a costume run to see what we looked like and how hard it would be to put on costumes (we did major adjustments to my friend's (Ashley's) costume as it was too constraining). And then we did a quick photoshoot. I was the camera man as always :P Here's two quick shots:


Friday was the beginning of Otakon. I wore my half sleeveless suit, which I got a bit of compliments about. Traveled with my Otakon friends for a bit until I departed and met with Anna (My gf for those who are just tuning in). Went to the dealer's room and the artist alley. This year was the opposite of last year, the artist alley was amazing and the dealer's room was meh. I met SNAFU Dave again (met him last year) and we talked some. He's a really nice guy ^^ Told me to visit him again some time. And then I went back to the booth with my camera and said "Can I steal your soul O.O" bwa ha ^_^ The rest of the night wasn't that eventful, just did quick repair jobs on the sound file for Missy Cerby's skit. Saturday was good, I was wearing my goth pants and my straight jacket. Pretty popular surprisingly XD It's sad when my costume that cost 100 something failed in comparison to the $30 one XD. So yeah, people took pictures of that one ^_^ Anna departed later on cause her friends wanted dinner so I went to see mine Otakon Buddies. And then we met a Male Sailor Jupiter XD Woo!!! We were excited cause my friend was a Male Sailor Venus! Excitement, rawr. Here's a picture of my costume and of the Sailor couple:

On Saturday, this guy wanted a picture but he had no camera. Saw him again but I was out of costume, so on Sunday I went to see him again. Got this really nice picture of me wrestling away from my gf who was holding my chains like a dog XD Too bad I don't have the picture... Anna got me a Yoshi though ^__^ It's cute! I'll have to take pictures of it. Went to eat, which I managed to get through even though I had no fingers due to my sleeves. She left soon after T_T Good time though &hearts I met up with Otakon buddies again soon after. We took a power nap at the hotel for like half an hour and then went off to dinner XD wooo! And then Cerby ditched us for another group of friends :o how dare she! Just kidding *hides*

Well today was an interesting run in with animals O.o...

This morning I woke up, got outta the house and started to walk to work when I heard this loud meow hiss. I turned the corner to find 4 cats sitting outside this person's house. Thinking there was a cat inside that was in heat or something, I shrugged it off, but they kept staring at me and then stared at one gray cat. So I guess they were attacking the cats? Well I distracted the cats enough for it to run away. I was gonna throw a stick but I was afraid they'd chase me >>... And this wound up making me late for my train, but there was one 1 minute after it, though I did have to run two blocks.

When I get outta the train to start walking, I go about a block, turn the corner and bam! Huge deer at the end of the street. There's a forest to the left of me, probably where it came from, and a fenced off grassland to the right. So the deer sees me I guess and starts to run off, hugging the fence and looking for an escape root. I assumed, after seeing it do that, that there was a break in the fence, but then he started to turn around after hitting a certain point. After that, I was going to rip off a weak chunk of the fence and let it though, but it was freaking out so much that it probably would have never made it there. Anyway, in a frantic run, he moved towards me and was looking around, nearly crashed into me, but then quickly darted to my left and into the forest. Crazy deer @.@

And amongst all the Bambi commotion, I found Thumper on the floor chilling out at the edge of the walkway. I got pretty close and the bunny was just sitting there looking around. Snagged a cell phone pic :D

Lastly, there was a large flock of geese at one side of the street I walk by. Not very unusual, but rare that I see the entire flock feeding.

Rule #1 of programming: label your variables, programs, tables, etc. with a name that will be easy to understand.

WTF is IBU? OKB? COME ON PEOPLE! There are 205 databases here, each with god knows how many tables with god knows how many columns and they're all labeled as initials! I'm just looking for Over Time data and it's not in the OTA database T_T (OTA = Over Time Analysis? Maybe...) x.X

In other news, there's a table labeled XDB and it looks like a laughing face with testicle chin.
